Description

I have the following Idea: Add the option to shut down the phone if the configured sensors show changes. This could bring additional physical safety to services running on the haven-phone. For example the phone could run a fileserver, a webserver,.. and if any physical action around is happening it turns into a secure state and shuts down. if the device is encrypted the data is then pretty save from any attacker. Only the authorized user knows the password and can start the phone, decrypt the device and (re)configure the service

Examine Android's PowerManager API to determine the feasibility of programmatically shutting down the device; note that this typically requires root or system level permissions. Consider whether Haven could leverage Android's DevicePolicyManager for enterprise shutdown capabilities.
