Description

We should clean up the frontend switchboard a bit.

As an example, the Journalism switches have owners of "journalism team". These should be updated with the appropriate team to notify. We should also remove the expired switches as well as those which have not been changed in a long time (I suspect most of these, if not all?) https://frontend.gutools.co.uk/dev/switchboard#Journalism

Research direction
Examine JournalismSwitches.scala in common/app/conf/switches/ to identify switches with incorrect owners and expired switches. Check the switchboard URL to confirm status. Update the owners to the appropriate Guardian team and remove expired switches listed in the file.
