Describe the bug

When attempting to add a new vendor from the store page, the vendor is not being created successfully.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to the Store Page.
  2. Click on "Add New Vendor".
  3. Enter the required vendor details.
  4. Click "Save" or "Submit".

Expected behavior

The new vendor should be successfully created and appear in the vendor list.
