Two months ago https://github.com/googleapis/sdk-platform-java was moved to here. Since then 3 versions has been released, but no changelog is available.
The https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java/blob/main/sdk-platform-java/CHANGELOG.md seems to be not updated - at this moment version 2.71.0 has been published, and changelog file is still at 2.68.0.

It would be nice to have it updated, or adding separate release on GitHub page.
