Description

When changing deps show the packages added and removed along with their versions, licences, and a link to hexdiff or the source on hex.

We will need to work out how to show this much information nicely.

It would be useful to include licence and links in gleam deps list also

Research direction
Explore the command implementation for `gleam deps list` in the CLI codebase, likely in `src/cli/deps.rs` or similar. Understand how dependencies are currently fetched and displayed, and how license information can be extracted from the Hex registry. Review the dependency resolver in `src/deps/` to see how added/removed packages are computed during `gleam deps update`. Propose a compact, readable table format for output that includes version, license, and a link to hex.pm or source.
