Description

Complexity: Low enhancement QL4E parity VSCode

Ensure that VSCode can view the Relational Algebra (RA) of a query with reasonable syntax highlighting and formatting. It's likely that showing this readonly will be fine for our purposes.

Also, we should be able to compare the RA across two versions of a query. Most likely we can delegate to VS Code's comparison editor for this.
