Description

If it's true that we can actually just use AF_UNIX sockets on Windows, then this would VASTLY (I mean, VASTLY) simplify Git AI on Windows and hopefully introduced better/cleaner performance characteristics on Windows as well.f

From my research, Git Trace2 also supports using AF_UNIX sockets on Windows (which is obviously critical).
