Description
Investigate and verify sentry init behavior on Windows when running inside Rider and Tabby terminals.
- Rider and Tabby are less common terminal environments that may have different ANSI/escape code support
- Validate TUI selector behavior (keyboard input, rendering) in each environment
- Document any known limitations or apply workarounds if terminal detection is needed
