Description

Add the ability to “promote” any test screen capture, e.g. add a "promote” button to each test screenshot on the report -- clicking the button promotes the selected changes to a reference image.

Reference files would then be updated on a selector by selector basis (without having to run an entirely new reference pass).

Research direction
Investigate the BackstopJS report page code, likely in the 'report' directory. Understand how test screenshots are displayed and how reference images are stored and managed. Look at existing UI components for triggering actions on screenshots. Consider adding a button that, when clicked, updates the reference image for that specific selector by copying the test screenshot to the reference path.
