Description

Currently

We can trigger something as soon as our desired App is available, via this API:

rootApp.getAppOnceAvailable$('SomeAppName')
  .subscribe(someApp => console.log(someApp));

Proposal

It would be handy if we can check the availability of multiple apps together:

rootApp.getAppOnceAvailable$(['SomeApp', 'AnotherApp'])
  .subscribe(function (someApp, anotherApp) {
    // fires once, when both `SomeApp` and `AnotherApp` are available
  });

Research direction
Examine the current implementation of `getAppOnceAvailable$` in the frint.js codebase (likely in the core package). Understand how it subscribes to app availability. Then design a solution that accepts an array and uses `forkJoin` or `combineLatest` to emit when all apps are available. Check if any similar pattern exists in the repository. The existing comment may contain hints; review issue #425 for any follow up discussion.
