Description

We have a strict requirement of keeping things backwards compatible in Frint on a quarterly basis. And we do that via frint-compat package.

We should add this information in MAINTAINERS.md file so that everyone can follow the rules the same way as us. Irrespective of who ends up maintaining the project.
