Description

As reported in this CZO thread, the Zulip Intercom integration was written with the 1.0 version of their API.

  • We should collect some current test fixtures for a current version of their API, and update the integration (and it's documentation) for those changes.

  • Also, as noted in this related CZO thread, it would be good to update the Intercom integration so that a message is created in Zulip when the integration test (e.g. ping) notification is sent.
