[Bug] Tapping ViewCell ContextAction cannot be triggered before cell animation finished

Description

If the user taps on a ViewCell ContextAction while the cell drawer is still animating, the tap does not register - the action does not fire. The user must wait for the cell to settle to stationary before tapping the action.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a ViewCell with ContextAction Menu Items
  2. Slide the cell to reveal the actions, release the cell...
  3. Before the cell stops moving/animating, tap the ContextAction

Expected Behavior

Context Action should be triggered

Actual Behavior

Context Action is not triggered
