Description

Currently, the P4estMesh can be constructed from an Abaqus .inp file generated by HOHQMesh.jl. It would be nice to be able to read in also .mesh files generated by HOHQMesh.jl.

Investigate the HOHQMesh.jl output format (.mesh files) and the existing Abaqus `.inp` reader in Trixi.jl's P4estMesh implementation. Look at the structure of the P4estMesh module to understand how to add a new constructor. Consider contacting maintainers @andrewwinters5000 or @jlchan for details on the expected interface.
