Description
What would you like Renovate to be able to do?
Using rez package manager, I would like Renovate to be able to upgrade the version of dependencies while matching the current version precision of those dependencies.
For example, if foo-3.2.1 is the latest version available to update to, then:
If the current version in the project is foo-1, then it should be updated to foo-3.
If the current version in the project is foo-1.0 (or foo-1.x), then it should be updated to foo-3.2.
If the current version in the project is foo-1.0.0 (or foo-1.x.y), then it should be updated to foo-3.2.1.
