Function values are now supported in output.chunkFileNames & friends, which means we can drop the hacks currently being done to generate entry/chunk naming in prod: https://github.com/rollup/rollup/pull/3658

Investigate the linked rollup pull request #3658 to understand the new parametric filename support. Then locate where WMR currently hacks entry/chunk naming in its build output configuration (likely in rollup plugin or config). Update to use the new function based approach.
