Allow intent coloring for the Switch element, useful for switches that should be alarming (or, for intent-success, reassuring) when they're checked

Direction de recherche
The contributor should explore how intent is applied to other Blueprint components like Button or InputGroup. Look at the Switch component source code (likely in src/components/switch/switch.tsx) to understand the current class name structure. Then extend the component to accept an intent prop and map it to the appropriate CSS class (e.g., pt intent warning). The corresponding CSS changes should be added to the Switch stylesheet. There are no recent maintainer comments, so the implementation should follow the existing pattern in the codebase.
