Describe the feature

It's possible to annotate the Chrome DevTools Performance graph with links that, when clicked, can take the developer directly to the Nuxt DevTools extension, for the purpose of providing contextual information.

It can be tested on Chrome Canary. Details are at: http://crbug.com/427430112#comment7
