Your idea

On macOS, to open Preferences we have Cmd + , We can use analog of that (Ctr + ,) for Windows and Linux

Problem to be solved

It saves time when testing on Windows/Linux when I need to change something in Preferences

Locate the shortcut configuration file in the MuseScore source code (likely in src/framework/actions or similar). Look for the existing macOS shortcut for Preferences (Cmd+,) and add an equivalent entry for Windows/Linux (Ctrl+,). Check if any platform specific conditional compilation is needed.
