## About this issue - Briefly describe the issue Is there support for html in the markdown, like html headers, paragraphs, etc? I noticed in one of the issues someone mentioned specifically support for html video tags. But didn't see anything in the docs about html in general. I've created a sample project below where I'm trying to display the React Native Github README.MD, everything after the html is displaying correctly. Is there support for html in the markdown, like html headers, paragraphs, etc? I noticed in one of the issues someone mentioned specifically support for html video tags. But didn't see anything in the docs about html in general.

I've created a sample project below where I'm trying to display the React Native Github README.MD, everything after the html is displaying correctly. For example this does not render for me:

      <a href="https://reactnative.dev/">
        React Native
      </a>
    </h1>

    <p align="center">
      <strong>Learn once, write anywhere:</strong><br>
      Build mobile apps with React.
    </p>

and I'm wondering if that is expected?
