Issue body

For BaseGroupChat, support a public method for getting all the messages happened so far via an async send_message to the group chat manager agent. This will require a new GroupChatGetThread RPC event type, and handled by the BaseGroupChatManager.

Examine the existing `GroupChatSendMessage` RPC event and its handling in `BaseGroupChatManager` to understand the pattern. Implement a new `GroupChatGetThread` RPC event that returns the message history. Modify `BaseGroupChat` to expose a public method that sends this event and awaits the response. Check recent comments for any additional requirements or design decisions.
