Description

On Databricks to add an R library I enter two items. URL and package name.

https://mmlspark.azureedge.net mmlspark-0.10.dev24+145.g6c0cdfcc6.zip

It then creates a URL https://mmlspark.azureedge.net/web/packages/mmlspark-0.10.dev24%2B145.g6c0cdfcc6.zip

But, my R package is at... https://mmlspark.azureedge.net/rrr/mmlspark-0.10.dev24+145.g6c0cdfcc6.zip
