Description

Current Behavior

The notifications in Meshery UI opens to a 'unread' filter chip, which intents to show all the unread notifications. But displays wrong set of notifications, doesn't show all the unread notifications.

Desired Behavior

Fix this behaviour by making sure the 'unread' option filters all unread notifications
