Version: Mattermost v6.3.9 ESR Screenreader software: the latest version of JAWS 2022 & NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) Operating System:? Environment: Desktop app
Description: When the Create Channel dialog is closed, the focus is going to the top of the Mattermost application (To the title). The same issue was observed for other dialogs like Create Category, Browse Channels, and most all dialog popups.
Steps to reproduce:
- Mattermost 6.3.9 must be installed on the device.
- Login to the Mattermost desktop application.
- Navigate to Add Channels Menu.
- Expand Menu and select Create New channel.
Expected results:
- After the dialog is closed Focus should go to the element which initiated the action or to the next interactive element.
QA test conditions:
- Does the focus order of the content and elements on the page logical?
- Verify that, if a Web page can be navigated sequentially and the navigation sequences affect meaning or operation, focusable components receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
