As a user I want to see "Last week" or "Last Month" by default when I login

Description

We know that loading the "Current week" or "Current month" can result in a "Shock" where the graphs are trending down massively (see https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/issues/10291)

It would be useful to let people select the following options:

  • "Last week"
  • "Last Month"

additionally to the ones we currently offer in Report date to load by default:

This would also be consistent to how we already have "Yesterday".

Investigate the user settings page that controls default date range. Look for files related to 'Report date to load by default' in the settings UI, likely in the UserSettings plugin or core Settings class. Add 'lastWeek' and 'lastMonth' options alongside existing ones. Ensure localization strings are added. Check the JavaScript date picker for any necessary updates.
