Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to report form without a specific username pre-filled via a query string
  2. Hit "Send"

What did you expect to happen?

Error message displays with only the necessary information

What happened instead?

I get an artefact that says "error.pattern":

This is just highlighting "error.pattern", which I don't think is meant to be there.
