Description

It would be good add support to .tsv files, due to is a very clean format, and it avoid the problem we have when text data inside the file contains commas, for example:

To fix that, I use the method tsvParseRows from d3-dsv library that actually you use.

Explore the current CSV loading implementation in Kepler.gl. Locate where d3 dsv is used for CSV parsing and replicate the logic for TSV files. The contributor has indicated using tsvParseRows from d3 dsv. Ensure that the TSV format is supported throughout the application's data import flow.
