Description

Feature request for IntelliJ integration. Now reporter is notified when a spec execution is finished. It'd be better for user to be see what tests are executed at the moment. It'd be nice to have onSpecStarted(browser, spec) in BaseReporter.

Check the current source code of Karma (likely files like lib/reporters/base.js and lib/events.js) to understand how the reporter event system works. The existing onSpecComplete method in BaseReporter can be used as a template for the new onSpecStarted callback. Look for where spec completion is emitted and add a corresponding emission for spec start.
