- add semantic-pull-request action in CI to enforce commits are all conventional commits (react-native-firebase repo has example) - add changelog plugin for release-it configured for conventional commits and configure it https://github.com/release-it/release-it/blob/main/docs/changelog.md#conventional-changelog - `yarn release-it --changelog` can be used for testing without publishing anything
