Create a new Mongoose schema for Tax with fields: taxName, TaxValue, isDefault, plus timestamps and other common fields. Then implement routes (e.g., GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) in a controller and wire up in the router. Check the existing API patterns and folder structure to ensure consistency.
