Description

For example Java doesn't show up for autocompletion, and C or C++ don't seem to work at all. Personally, I'd also love to see Haxe, which highlight.js does support.

Would it be possible for people hosting their own hackmd instances to download or link their own highlight.js packages?

Investigate the current autocompletion implementation for programming languages in the editor. Look at how highlight.js is currently configured and if there is a mechanism to support custom packages. Review the codebase for any existing configuration options for highlight.js language loading. Consider the feasibility of allowing users to download or link custom highlight.js packages in their own instances.
