Following the steps in README for running locally, I'm running into an error:

$ ls
youtube-8m
$ gcloud ai-platform local train \

Later, adding the directory youtube-8m to PYTHONPATH solves the problem for me, but that probably isn't the intended usage.

The issue is in train.py line 20 where it imports eval util. Check if eval util.py exists in the youtube 8m directory. If it does, the fix is to adjust the import or set PYTHONPATH. If not, it may be a missing file from the repository. Look at other imports in train.py to see if they are structured correctly.
