Description

We're still running our JS tests/builds with v12 node. But v12 should be out of the maintenance mode by the end of April 2022 (if I understand this chart correctly: https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/)

Look at the GitHub Actions workflow files in the .github/workflows directory of the repository. Find where node v12 is specified in the test/build matrix and update it to v18. Ensure that any other configuration files referencing node versions are also updated. There are no blockers or open PRs.
