[Dark Mode] Indeterminate CheckState icon barely visible

Issue description

The indeterminate check state icon is barely visible in Dark Mode. Controls affected are ContextMenuStrip, MenuStrip, StatusStrip DropDownButton and ToolStrip DropDownButton

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a WinForms project
  2. Add a ContextMenuStrip to the form
  3. Add a toolStripMenuItem to the ContextMenuStrip
  4. Change the property of the toolStripMenuItem as below
  • Checked : True
  • CheckState : Indeterminate
  1. Set form ContextMenuStrip property to contextMenuStrip1
  2. Run the project and observe the indeterminate Checkstate icon

Review the dark mode implementation in PR #11857, specifically the rendering of indeterminate check state icons in ContextMenuStrip, MenuStrip, StatusStrip DropDownButton, and ToolStrip DropDownButton. Examine the CheckState painting code in the relevant control renderer files. Adjust the icon colors to ensure sufficient contrast in dark mode.
