Description

The CoreCLR test fails to compile with the following error:

error CS0041: Unexpected error writing debug information -- 'Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.'

This is the result of an OutOfMemoryException thrown by ISymUnmanagedWriter2.CloseMethod which is called from Microsoft.Cci.PdbWriter.CloseMethod. When the exception is thrown the compiler uses about 200MB so it's possible that this isn't a true out of memory condition but maybe an internal PDB writer/format limitation.

IMO that code isn't exactly reasonable but it compiles fine with the old compiler and it looks like the JIT would see the failure of that test as a regression.
