Expected Behavior

Links to ktlint rule documentation lead to the correct location.

Observed Behavior

Documentation has moved. New base path is https://ktlint.github.io/ktlint/

Click a link in https://detekt.dev/docs/rules/ktlint/

Context

Search the detekt repository for all occurrences of old ktlint documentation URLs (e.g., https://ktlint.github.io/ ...). Update them to the new base path https://ktlint.github.io/ktlint/. Pay special attention to the docs folder and any markdown files that reference ktlint rules. Ensure the fix is backported to previous versions of the documentation as noted in the issue.
