Description
Across the code base there are places where we validate include/exclude for database, schema, table, SQL Server internal.capture.instance, Oracle usernames and client ids, PostgreSQL logical decoding message prefix, and MongoDB collection and databases.
I propose we introduce a ConnectorConfigValidationHelper in debezium-common-connector in io.debezium.config, where we'll pull the existing private static int validateExcludeList method in RelationalDatabaseConnectorConfig to this class. From here, we then unify all the call sites to use this helper method.
As additional follow-ups or as part of this, we could evaluate if there are other validation methods we can unify.
