Description

This issue was created by an agent analysing CI failures from the Next.js Deploy Suite (vinext main vs Next.js v16.2.6, 2026-05-22).

Problem

The dynamic-requests test app fails the production build with Custom deploy script failed: undefined (1), blocking both pages and routes dynamic-request tests. Likely related to a TypeScript or config feature used in that fixture that vinext's build pipeline does not support.

Recommendation

Reproduce first in vinext's own test suite. Run the deploy script against the app-dir/dynamic-requests fixture and capture the underlying build error.
Address the underlying error. Once the error is captured, file the specific fix (e.g. an unsupported syntax, missing transform).
