PDF generates text ok but doesn't process the LaTex stem.

Description
When I generate a PDF from the Asciidoc windows, the LaTeX stem is not interpreted and appear as its source.
In the generated PDF, I see that:
stem:[\sum_{k=2}^{n} \frac{n!}{2(n-k)!}]
I would like to see this:
