Description

Describe the bug When we send first msg to llm of chat page, there is an expected full screen spinning logo loader which should only appear on loading a full chat not when a msg/question is send.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to chat page
  2. ask anything to llm
  3. See full screen laoding spinner logo for the first chat and then after it is fixed for further chats.

Expected behavior No full screen spining loader should appear when sending a msg in chat page, only a laoder should be shown on submit button (which is working fine no need to touch it).
