The desired behaviour of a on={['hover', 'click']}popup is to stay open when clicked and the user hovers out of the trigger, right? So e.g. the user can copy sth. out of the popup.

Right now it closes on leave after you clicked. Which is uncommon UX IMHO.

Examine the Popup component's event handling in Semantic UI React, likely in src/modules/Popup. The issue is that when `on` prop includes both 'hover' and 'click', the popup closes on mouse leave after click. Investigate how visibility state is managed and consider adding a condition to keep it open after click until click outside or escape. Check issue comments for any existing discussion or PRs.
