Describe the bug and add attachments
Once an icon has been registered for a content in the reassurance block, it is no longer possible to remove it, except by changing it to another one or deleting the content in question.

Steps to reproduce
- BO > Modules > Module Manager > Customer reassurance
- Create a content with an icon
- Save
- Edit the content
- modify icon
- Select none
- Save
- The content always has the icon
Expected behavior
The content should no longer have an icon

No response
