Is your feature request related to a problem?

When I'm looking at a cohort, I would like to know if that cohort is already being used somewhere as a feature flag target.

Describe alternatives you've considered

When viewing or editing an existing cohort, I'll like to see some info near the top of the page indicating whether the cohort is currently being used in any feature flags, insights, etc, with links to each place the cohort is currently being referenced.

Start by understanding how cohorts are currently displayed in the frontend (e.g., CohortPage component) and how feature flags reference cohorts (likely in the FeatureFlag model). Implement a backend API endpoint (e.g., /api/cohort/:id/usage) that queries the database for feature flags and insights using that cohort. Then, in the cohort detail view, fetch this data and display usage links. The issue references a Zendesk ticket (19526) for additional context.
