Description
Add a QR code scanner feature that allows users to scan existing QR codes using their device camera to see what URLs they contain.
Requirements:
- Camera access permission handling
- QR code detection using jsQR or similar library
- Real-time scanning with camera preview
- Display scanned URL with validation
- Option to generate new QR for scanned URL
- Mobile-optimized scanning interface
