Description

Currently you can only tag pics with are loaded from a folder. This feature would allow you to tag a pic which is loaded using its URL.

Investigate the current image loading mechanism in imglab (likely in a JavaScript file handling folder uploads). Add a text input field for a URL and use fetch or Image object to load the image from the URL. Modify the image annotation pipeline to accept both local files and remote URLs. Check the comments in issue #148 for any additional context or suggestions.
