Description

We would like to be able to trigger a Lambda Function on an Kinto update event.

The goal would be to be able to configure a URL that will be notified each time an event is sent.

A bit like you can integrate Github with other services. Here our main goal would be to trigger the kinto-blockpage-generator lambda each time we publish in the kinto/blocklists bucket.

Review the existing event system in Kinto, likely in kinto/events.py or similar. Examine the issue comments for proposed designs, particularly regarding webhook configuration and delivery. Then implement a plugin that listens to Kinto events and sends HTTP POST requests to a configurable URL, ensuring proper error handling and retry logic.
