Make Mail Karo Assistant Fully Responsive Across Screen Sizes

📌 Problem
The Mail Karo Assistant widget does not scale or adapt properly on different screen sizes.

Current issues observed:

• Assistant UI looks broken when screen is maximized
• Poor responsiveness on smaller screens (laptop / mobile)
• Content feels cramped or misaligned
• Overall UX feels unpolished and hard to use

This makes the assistant look unfinished and reduces usability, especially on non-standard screen sizes.

Make the Mail Karo Assistant fully responsive, flexible, and visually consistent across all screen sizes.

The assistant should:

• Adapt smoothly to screen resizing
• Work well on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile
• Maintain proper spacing, alignment, and readability
• Feel like a polished SaaS chat assistant

1. Assistant UI structure → index.html -> between the footer section and back to top button
2. Styling & responsiveness → Homepage CSS -> chatbot.css
3. Interaction logic (if needed) → Homepage JS -> chatbot.js

💡 Expected Improvements

• Responsive width and height (avoid fixed sizes)
• Proper padding and spacing for buttons and messages
• Scroll behavior should work smoothly
• Assistant should not overflow or break layout
• Close / minimize button should remain accessible on all screens

(Exact UI implementation is flexible, but responsiveness is mandatory.)
