Add JetBrains Runtime non-JCEF variants

Description
Currently, Foojay only indexes JetBrains Runtime packages with JCEF bundled
JetBrains also provides non-JCEF variants which are useful for:
- Development environments using jcefmaven (to avoid classpath conflicts)
- Headless environments that don't need Chromium
- Smaller download sizes
Example non-JCEF packages from JetBrains releases:
- jbr-21.0.9-osx-aarch64-b895.149.tar.gz
- jbrsdk-21.0.9-linux-x64-b895.149.tar.gz
Would it be possible to add to the index JetBrains Runtime non-JCEF variants so they're available via Gradle toolchains.
