Research direction

Start with the messaging/testapp sample using Unity 2022.3.18 and Firebase Unity SDK 11.6 on Android, then reproduce the case where the message appears in the demo UI but no phone notification appears. Trace the sample's Messaging setup and Android notification behavior; done means a received message produces the expected notification on the device.
