Description

We didn't cover it in #619 and I hope we will find a way to do that in M4.

Study how multipart form data is parsed in Finagle HTTP and existing Input class. Refer to issue #619 for context. Explore using existing Finagle multipart support if any. Consider implementing a parser for multipart data in the Input type.
